There were big smiles all round for Webio at the Credit & Collections Technology Awards 2022 as they walked away with the award for the Best Use of Technology in the Applied Technology category.
This is Webio's seventh Credit & Collections Technology Award since 2017, having previously won in the categories: "Innovation in Collections", "Customer Engagement Solution", "Collection & Recoveries Solution", "Innovation in Collection & Recoveries" and "Digital Business Transformation" (with Bristow & Sutor).
Earlier this year, Webio won two awards at the Credit Awards for "Best Technology Provider - Customer Service, Collections & Recoveries" and "Best Use of Technology - Partnership" with DCBL.
All the companies nominated for this category excel at delivering technology that improves the way their customers work, which makes this award a stand-out achievement for Webio. The finalists were: Chaser; Debtstream and Wright Hassall; IE Hub and United Utilities; LendingMetrics; Qualco; Saascoms and the Zinc Group; Watch Portfolio Management and NewDay; and Webio.

The judges were impressed with Webio's conversational AI messaging technology which allows companies to engage with users at scale, yet keep the personal touch.
