We are delighted to announce that Webio and Bristow & Sutor have won in the Digital Business Transformation at this year's Credit and Collections Technology Awards.

It was certainly an exciting night as the awards were held in person and welcomed back many familiar faces and companies from the industry to celebrate the innovative credit and debt collection technology achievements from the past year.

Facing off some stiff competition in the category from DebtStream and Wright Hassall, EQ Credit Services, Mann Island, Sopra Banking Software and MotoNovo Finance, TellJO and Mid Sussex Council, and Zoot this achievement is particularly special when you look at the strength of the other nominated finalists.

This award recognises how the Webio and Bristow and Sutor partnership transformed digital customer engagement by improving customer experience, providing seamless 24hour engagement and optimising internal performance. The introduction of conversational messaging via WhatsApp, real-time integration, robotic automation via Webio AI Chatbots has been a game-changer, with 78% of messages over the past year not requiring agent intervention to be resolved. And consequently, agents can now handle 3 times as many cases compared to webchat. This has resulted in improved outcomes for many debtors and promises to support many more in future.

The awards were judged by a panel of industry experts who have examined excellent solutions in four different categories sections: creditor and lender, collections and recoveries, applied technology, and innovation.
