Mark Oppermann co-founder of Webio has responsibility for driving business growth through sales and marketing. He has over 20 years' experience in delivering transformational customer engagement solutions to some of the most successful businesses in the UK, Ireland, and wider EU, with several of his projects winning industry awards.
Mark is passionate about understanding the key drivers of a business before getting any technology involved as this allows for a wider enterprise appreciation for the best solution needed to deliver maximum value to both the business and its customers.
Mark's approach is always to get the whole team involved, starting with simple solutions and iterate, iterate along the way to complexity. His favourite saying to clients is "If you make it easy for your customers to engage don't be surprised when they do it lots".
Prior to Webio, Mark was Sales Director at VoiceSage, customer contact specialists. His background includes sales, marketing, general management at Pitney Bowes, and managing director of Netcom which rose to become a market leader in its field in over just three years
Mark is a keen golfer and loves red wine. :)
