Webio has won the 'Best Use of Technology' at the 2020 Credit Excellence Awards.
This year's virtual awards, hosted by CCR Magazine recognise excellence in the credit industry with finalists competing to win one of only ten awards, with each being rigorously judged by an independent panel of experts.
As specialists in credit, collections and payments customer engagement, Webio has been recognised for its ability to enable collections companies and teams to engage with customers in more intelligent ways by blending AI chatbots and live agent to ensure increased engagement rates.

In reviewing the finalists, the judges considered Webio to be a very strong application, with a good demonstration of tangible benefits and clearly working with the ongoing trend of mobile adoption.
The virtual awards took place on June 24th. As these awards were virtual the traditional awards night ceremony festivities were curtailed this year. But in the true spirit of the virtual world we are now living in, a virtual celebratory "cheers' was still achieved.
