Snap Financing, one of the UK's fastest growing consumer credit companies in conjunction with Webio are in the finals of this year's Credit and Collections Technology Awards in the Innovation in Collections & Recoveries category.

The Snap Finance team were keen to explore what conversational technology could bring to collections processes to drive customer engagement and operational efficiencies. With the introduction of SMS automated chatbots, they have been able to eliminate customer pressure to talk with agents, giving customers the ability to engage in a less intrusive manner and drive successful outcomes.
These Awards recognise, excellence and innovation in the UK credit and collections industry. This year companies will once again compete for one of these prestigious Awards which are judged by an independent panel of industry experts.
The award results will be announced on November the 19th.
