Webio Shortlisted at AI Awards for Intelligent Automation and Customer Engagement

 
 
Webio was announced as finalists in two categories at the AI Awards.
 
The Webio team are delighted to have been shortlisted in the AI Awards 2021 in the Intelligent Automation-Best Use of RPA and Cognitive and Best Use of AI in a Consumer/Customer Service Application.
 
"Webio has always believed in the pragmatic use of AI to solve real, visible, and measurable problems for credit and collections professionals", says Head of Product Paul Sweeney.  The judging panel have been very busy over the past number of weeks reviewing the applications for the following categories:

  • Intelligent Automation – Best Use of RPA & Cognitive
  • Best Application of AI in a Startup
  • Best Use of AI in Sector

The results will then be revealed at the awards ceremony on November 24th in conjunction with headline sponsor Microsoft. Congratulations, to all the finalists and we look forward to meeting the winners.
