The Great Place to Work® certification process is based entirely on what employees say about their experience working at their company. A hundred percent of Webio's employees participated and the results were overwhelmingly positive. An impressive 94% of employees stated that they believe Webio is a great place to work, highlighting the company's commitment to creating a supportive and engaging work environment,which compares to the 87% of employees in other GPTW Irish companies.

 

It's clear that  the management team here at Webio has fostered a culture of approachability and fairness, with 94% of employees indicating that they are proud to work at the company, and 94% also stating that management is approachable. This is a significant achievement, as it demonstrates that employees feel valued and supported by their leaders.

 

 

 

Furthermore, the survey revealed that a remarkable 97% of employees feel they are treated fairly at Webio. This is a clear indication of the company's commitment to creating a workplace that is inclusive, supportive, and respectful.

 

The Great Place to Work® certification is a significant achievement for Webio, and a testament to the company's commitment to creating a positive and engaging workplace for its employees. 

It has a mission that I fully believe in and one that is worth achieving. It is a multi-cultural company and very much empowers its people to do their work.
