Webio, the leader in Conversational AI for the credit and collections industry, has been listed in the top 10 of Ireland’s 50 fastest growing technology companies in this year’s Deloitte Technology Fast 50 awards.
For a second year running, Webio earned a place in the prestigious awards, which ranks the fastest-growing companies in Ireland. This year, Webio took the 8th spot. Having previously ranked 2nd in 2020, Webio is delighted to remain in the top 10 during these very challenging times.
Receiving the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Award, in a year that saw a record number of new entrants, marks another milestone in our success story. Here’s what Cormac O’Neill, co-founder, and CEO of Webio, said about receiving the Award,

In the previous week, Webio were recognised in the Top 20 Power Players in the credit and collections industry, coming in at the No.2 position. “We are now widely recognized as a next-generation company in our space demonstrating both strong revenue growth and meaningful innovation.
Webio won’t be slowing down anytime soon. There are a further series of AI and communications related developments being brought to market in 2022 as financial services fully embrace the new reality of digital-first.
Announcing the winners of the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 programme, David Shanahan, Partner, Deloitte, said many of this year’s winners have seen accelerated growth due to the pandemic and “being able to capitalise on the global move to a digital way of life”.
“From enabling us to better look after ourselves, to providing critical technologies to keep businesses connected to customers, for example, these companies have shown us the creativity, resilience and commitment to driving progress that is present in the indigenous technology sector in Ireland,” he added.
“It is also encouraging to see so many new entrants to the ranking – with a strong cohort of younger companies, the future of the indigenous sector looks bright.”
