Taking place Thursday September 24th, the online Think Tank will focus on what will the future of collections in a post pandemic lockdown.

Lenders, creditors and collections specialists will discuss, debate and dissect regulatory and thematic business challenges as a result of the pandemic which has economically impacted household finances and collections processes and strategies.

Using a panel format, discussions will be across a number of thematic collections issues ranging from Collections Futures -- Business Transformation, Vulnerable Customers and Affordability to Open Banking in Collections. Each panel discussion will problem-solve and examine how companies can utilise people and technological innovations effectively as we move into a new way of working.

Speaking on the 'Customer Engagement for the Digital Generation, Mark Oppermann from Webio will be joined by Jonathan Booker, Head of Field Collections at Snap Finance and Richard Sharp, Managing Director -- Consumer Division at Oplo (fomerlay 1st Stop).  They will be discussing the acceleration in digital engagement over the past six months and the how collections team can maximise customer engagement over digital channels and ensure that investments in technology are delivering tangible value to customers and the business.
