Customer Engagement in Debt Collections is front and centre and the Online Collections Think Tank

Coming up this month is the Credit Connect Online Technology Think Tank.  For those that have not attended the event before, the Think Tank is a half-day session that features a number of discussions around getting a better understanding of the best possible collection strategies in 2021.

The September session will focus on panel discussions across a number of thematic collections issues with the aim of problem-solving and examining how companies can utilise people and technological innovations effectively as we move into a new way of working. Especially with the challenges, businesses face as a result of the pandemic which has economically not only impacted household finances but also collections processes and strategies.

Our very own Mark Oppermann, will be participating in the Customer Engagement session, which will look at the importance of getting your company’s messaging and communications strategy right will be of key importance as we enter, what could be, a fragile economic climate for consumers. He will also be joined  Gary Moffat, Customer Debt Operations Manager, British Gas,  Jim Appleby, Managing Director, Arrow Global, Amon Ghaiumy, Co-Founder and CEO, Ophelos
