The Webio teams adds another award to their trophy cabinet by taking home the CCS Award "Best Technology Provider" which was presented at the Vulnerability Awareness Gala in Manchester. The gala rounded off the Collections & Vulnerability Summit hosted by Credit Strategy.
Winning this award proves once again that Webio's conversational AI messaging technology is delivering on its promise to increase engagement rates, improve agent effectiveness, reduce operational costs and increase debt recovery rates.
