Delighted with this year's win, Webio's Mark Oppermann, EVP of Sales and Marketing said, "It is great to see the hard work of the team being acknowledged and have our client successes validated. Enabling clients to enhance their customer engagement processes and introduce AI in a way that complements their agents and makes collecting customer payments easier is fantastic and we love what we do."
Fresh off the back of Webio's first international award win at the Payments Ed Forum, Webio had been the recipient of several awards. Now in its third year, the Credit and Collections awards are not new to Webio where they won the Collections & Recoveries and Customer Engagement Solutions Awards in 2018 and the Innovation in Collections in 2017.
"This is not our first award so we are is obviously doing something right. I think what is resonating with judges is our ability to enable collections organisations and teams to adapt to the new world of customer engagement by implementing a simple, scalable and effective AI driven customer engagement solutions, and adding a little magic into the mix with some of our unique platform skills, the latest of which is - WebioPay Conversational Payment. These factors may perhaps have given Webio a slight edge over some of our competitors", says Oppermann
The awards were judged by a panel of industry experts who have examined excellence solutions in four different categories sections: creditor and lender, collections and recoveries, applied technology, and innovation. Credit Connect’s panel of judges is chosen based upon their industry background providing a view from lenders and collections perspective. This year’s Judging panel profiles can be viewed here.
